Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & Rebooking Policy We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rebooking requests. Appointments canceled or rescheduled within less than 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will result in forfeiture of all booking fees paid. All booking fees are non-refundable if the appointment is not canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
